Audited Supplier UN-055 and UN-063 Aluminum Foil Container Production Line is designed especially for normally disposable aluminum foil container, dishes and trays. This Production Line is combined by a fully automatic system, included Decoiler, Vertical Press Machine, Automatic Stacker, Automatic Scrap Collecting and Press System.
The Vertical Press is a 630KN & 550KN C-Type press machine with SIEMENS high speed motor. The well-designed balance cylinders and automatic lubrication system ensured ceaseless production and long life. The Adjustable Work Blocks on the bedplate with balls make the molds could be loaded with simplest forklift and adjusted easily.
All of those machines are strictly made by EU standards and certificated by "CE" authentication.

1.Q: What about leadtime ?
A: Normally the leading time is about 55 days for molds, and 20days for machines after we received the deposit and confirmed drawings.
2.Q:What kinds of mould you can make? and what is your strong point for the moulds?
A: we can make wrinkle wall mould and smooth wall mould both. For wrinkle wall mould we can make, 7-9" pan, fish pan, bbq pan. For smooth wall mould we can make muffin cup, and cake cup, tar cup,etc. We can also make 2 or 3 portion conatiner moulds as long as you offer us sample or specifications. Our strong points are all our moulds are WEDM-LS cut, which makes the mould more accurate and precise. Important materials likestainless steel parts we make in Austria. We also recut after heat treatment, which most of makers do not take this process.
3. Q:Does the aluminium foil material need to be lubricated?
A:Yes, lubricating oil is very important, the oil is food grade and its special. Normally, we will offer customer oil supplier information after order is confirmed. Before you run the machine just pure the oil into the tank directly.
4. Q:Where can i get the aluminum foil jumbo rolls?
A: UNGAR Machinery also see aluminium foils, we can ship the foils with your machines.
5. What is the free warranty term?
